What do I need to qualify for an apartment?
Applicants must meet community standards for income, credit, and rental history. Verification of income, a background screening, and a credit check are part of the application process.
Is renters' insurance required?
Renter’s insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. It helps protect your personal belongings in the event of fire, theft, or other unexpected circumstances. We recommend speaking with an insurance agent for more information about renter’s insurance coverage options.
How soon can I move in after my application is approved?
Once your application is approved and your lease is signed, you can move in as soon as your new home is ready and all required payments are complete.
What if I do not qualify?
If you do not meet the qualification criteria, we have partnered with a third-party company, The Guarantors (www.theguarantors.com), that may be able to co-sign for you. Contact us for more information.
Is Old Stone Apartments a pet-friendly community?
Absolutely! Old Stone Apartments welcomes dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and select exotic or caged pets.
Are there pet fees?
Yes. Our pet policy includes:

$350 one-time non-refundable fee per dog

$100 one-time non-refundable fee for exotic or caged pets (includes aquariums 5–35 gallons)
We also charge $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Fees and pet rent do not cover any damages and are non-refundable.
Are exotic or caged pets allowed?
Yes! Residents may have up to two furry friends and two additional exotic or caged pets per apartment. Please contact the leasing office for full details on approved species and guidelines.
Are there pet amenities in the community?
Yes! Our community features a dog park, pet waste stations, sidewalks and open green spaces perfect for walks and outdoor time with your pets.
Is there maintenance onsite?
Yes. Our professional maintenance team is available onsite during office hours to handle routine service requests and general upkeep.
Is maintenance available after hours?
Yes, Old Stone Apartments provides 24-hour emergency maintenance for urgent needs. If you experience a maintenance emergency after hours, please call the office to reach our on-call team.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
For non-emergency requests, log in to the Resident Portal or use the mobile app to submit a maintenance ticket anytime. For maintenance emergencies, please call the office directly so our team can respond right away.
